Role based information gathering

The RACIF model(Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed and Facilitator) has been used to apply in different situations, which is also apt for information gathering.
Gather information based on the role you play:
R – Responsible : In this role you are responsible for doing the task. Information is more fouced on how to do.

A – Accountable : This is a authoritative role responsible for the outcome hence gather information on decision making.

C – Consultant : This is a contributer role by providing information to a decision. Gather unique insights on the subject.

I – Informed : Here you receive informtion about decisions but do not get the detailed inputs. No need to go in depth but yet should keep up to speed.

F – Facilitator : This role is who facilitates the communication across the team. Knowing the meta data will help in curating & distribution of relevant information.
